Directions for Use:

• Then begin with 15-20 drops of Herba Lax tincture, dissolved in 50 ml of water, taken before bedtime.

Notes:

• If the effect is mild, you may increase the Herba Lax tincture dosage to 35-40 drops per day.

• The tincture should be used for no longer than two weeks, followed by a one-week break.

• Aloe Arborescens does not cause dependency and can be taken daily.
